On April 25, Yong-seob Shin, president of EBS, met with Tran Binh Minh and Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhan of Vietnam’s VTV and AIC, respectively, at the EBS headquarters. The meeting was for the signing of the agreement on supporting the development and operation of an educational TV channel in Vietnam. According to the agreement, EBS will provide the necessary advice and contents for the stable operation of the proposed educational channel, while VTV will provide the research data and management services that are required with regard to that end. On the other hand, AIC will provide the capital for the acquisition of the necessary facilities and equipment.
